Virginia M. Denney was born in Birmingham Alabama on April 18, 1926, to Frederick and Alma Fisher. Virginia had one brother Dick and two sisters Lucy and Lillian.
Virginia graduated from high school in Mobile Alabama and worked as a telephone operator in Alabama and Alaska for RCA and Alaska communication system.
Virginia married Henry Darold Denney on May 7, 1966 in Fairbanks Alaska
They had two sons Darold Jr. and Donald.

She taught Sunday school for 15 years at Hamilton acres Baptist church she was also a receptionist at the Churches school.
In 1989 Darold and Virginia Moved to Springfield Colorado were Darold had grown up. They attended the first Baptist Church of Springfield regularly and enjoyed the retired life.
Virginia passed away in Springfield Colorado at the Alzheimer’s unit on March 25, 2021 at the tender age 94 she will be sorely missed.
The family that proceeds Virginia in death is her Loving Husband Darold Denney her Father and Mother Frederick and Alma Fisher her brother Dick Fisher and sister Lucy Doran.
Her survivors include Darold Jr., Donald, One granddaughter Madysen as well as sister Lillian and her children.
Funeral services for Virginia Denney Will be held at the first Baptist Church of Springfield
on Friday, April 2 at 2 PM burial followed in the Springfield cemetery.
