Shana R. Self, born October 05, 1961 to Charles and Alice Erickson in Lamar, Colorado, passed away May 20, 2017, in Springfield, CO at the age of 55. Shana leaves to mourn her passing, her Husband Harold Self of Springfield, CO, Brother and Sister-in-law Richard and Barbara Erickson of Rock Springs Wyoming, Nieces Tammy and Cindy, Nephew Jeff as well as numerous other family members. Family that preceded her in death includes her Father and Mother, Brother Bill Erickson, as well as Mother-in-law Gladys Self. Memorial contributions are encouraged to be given to the Baca County Hospice at 373 East 10th Ave. Springfield, CO 81073.
