Robert (Bob) Joseph Gibson

Robert Joseph Gibson (Bob), age 76 of Springfield, Colorado passed away September 6, 2022, peacefully at his home. Bob requested to be cremated without a funeral service. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial contribution to the Colorado Humane Society and SPCA.

Bob was born on May 2, 1946, in Hamilton, Ohio and moved to Colorado at a young age. His parents were Ida Mae (Buckelew) Gibson and Eugene E. Gibson. Along with his parents Bob is preceded in death by wife, Betty Jo Gibson. He is survived by his sister, Mary Jane McGee (Bruce), and brother, Wellman Eugene Gibson. He has three children, Tiffany, Chris, Josh, and many grandchildren. More than anything Bob wanted them to know he loved and thought about them often.

Bob served in the Navy. He also enjoyed playing cards (Cribbage), singing karaoke with his late wife and friends. He loved an adventure, traveling, trying something new and loved animals.
