Frances Dodge

Marion Frances Dodge was born October 22, 1929 at Jenkins MO, the youngest child of Lee and Lyda Wiley and went to be with her Lord on May 7, 2021.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Bud Dodge, parents, Lee and Lyda Wiley, one sister, Fern Lowe,  one brother, Fred (F.G.) Wiley, three nephews;  Junior,  Aaron  and Valen Lowe,  two nieces; Doris  West and Connie Young Coles, and a host of Dodge nieces and nephews.

Frances is survived by four sons and one daughter; Ray and Donna Dodge of Mission TX, Rick and Sandy Dodge of Campo, CO, Vyann and Billy Shepherd of Springfield, CO, Rodney and Pamela Dodge of Bartlett, KS, and Randy and Martha Dodge of Athens TN. Also 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; one nephew, Fred Wiley; two nieces, Carol Todd and Kathy Davis and a host of Dodge nieces and nephews and friends. She is also survived by one very special cousin, Ivalyn Koger.

Frances was a charter member of the Lamar Assembly of God Church and later became a member of the Springfield Assembly of God Church.

Frances worked 15 years at the Lamar Livestock Sale Ring under 8 different managers. She also owned and operated Frances’ Fabrics in Springfield for 8 years.

A time of visitation was held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Maltbie Funeral Services, 265 W. 8 ^th Ave., Springfield. Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 at 10 a.m.  Assembly of God, 400 Church Street, Springfield, Colorado. Interment following the service at Springfield Cemetery.
