Lorressa Ann Schleich

Lorressa Ann Schleich, age 58, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at her home in Omaha, Nebraska. She was born to Leland Findley and Linda (Phipps) Findley on September 27, 1965, in Boise City, Oklahoma; but it was Roy and Virginia Findley that had the pleasure of raising Lorressa as one of their children. She had five sisters and two brothers; Ileen Rivale of Poth, Texas; Joe Findley of Victoria, Texas; Karen Jagers of Wiley, Colorado; Kathy Fehringer of American Falls, Idaho; David Findley of La Junta, Colorado; Sharon Brown of Lamar, Colorado and Colleen Shroeder of Campo, Colorado.

Lorressa was previously married to Rocky Crane and together they had a son, Shawn David Crane. She then would marry Kelvin Schleich of Wiley, Colorado.

Lorressa was employed by Wiley State Bank, which she enjoyed for many years and was sad to leave when the bank sold. She also looked forward to new challenges when her career took her to Omaha, Nebraska where she was employed by Modern Banking Systems for three years before her passing.

Lorressa is survived by Kelvin Schleich; her son, Shawn (Leah) Crane, her grandchildren, Alexis, Kyler, and David. She is also survived by her siblings, their spouses, Kelvin’s family, and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at Campo Wesleyan Church, 234 Main Street, Campo, Colorado. Interment will take place following the service at Campo Cemetery.

Loressa’s grandchildren will have the privilege of serving as Urn Bearers.

The Lorressa Schleich Memorial Fund has been established at People’s Credit Union, 125 Main Street, Springfield, CO 81073 to help with her medical expenses.
