Leota Jean Ramirez-Campbell
Leota Jean Mills was born to Bill Mills and Loura (Moulton) Mills on January 6, 1970, in Perryton, Texas. Leota passed away Sunday, June 27 in Springfield, Colorado at Southeast Colorado Hospital; she was 51 years old. The family will be holding private services in Perryton, Texas on August 3.
A beautiful and strong woman gone too soon. She had a beautiful soul, a heart of gold, and a contagious smile. She had a long, hard fight with cancer, but she never did give up. She raised people's spirits and always looked at the positive. She had a strong faith that never wavered. She was a fighter and very strong-willed. Now she is at peace looking down at every single one of us with her loving arms around us. We all love her and will miss her very much. Fly high angel may you rest in peace.
She’s preceded in death by her mother Loura Lee buck, her cousin Susan Davis Webster, and her first husband Cipriano Ramirez.
She’s survived by her father Billy mills, her siblings Allison Duke and John Key, her husband Scott (Cowboy) Campbell, her son Joshua Ramirez, her daughter in law Toni Bond, her daughter Loura Ramirez-Victory and her husband Dustin Victory, and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
HIS THOUGHTS OF HER
Quality over quantity
That’s her choice
In this decision
I have no voice
It breaks my heart
When she's not here
Knowing her voice
I'll no longer hear
She loves the storms
Thunder lightening and rain
Now she's in the clouds
Never more feeling pain
I'll see her again
When I'm past the sun
So let it be written
So let it be done
Dedicated to my wife, Leota Jean Ramirez-Campbell
