Katherine (Kathy) Cook was born on July 30, 1964, to Buster Cook and Betty (Carson) Cook in Oklahoma. Kathy passed away Friday, August 20, 2021, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Fountain, Colorado; she was 57 years old.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 27, 2021, 3:00 p.m. at Maltbie Funeral Chapel, 265 W. 8 th Ave. in Springfield, Colorado.
