Gene C. Lynn was born on December 18, 1928 in Eads, Colorado to James and Claire (Groves) Lynn. Gene passed away on July 15, 2025 in Springfield, Colorado; he was 96 years old.

Funeral services will be held on July 24, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Springfield Methodist Church located at 901 Colorado Street, Springfield, Colorado. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Eads Cemetery, County Road 41, Eads, Colorado.
