Emma Rea Hicks

Just 7 short hours after coming into the world, Little Emma Rea Hicks passed away on March 29, 2018. During that short time, she touched many lives and was loved by all who met her. Emma joins her three great-grandfathers in Heaven and is already getting spoiled for sure. Preceding her in death is Great-Grandpa Frank Hicks, Great-Grandpa Clinton Hoeffner, and Great-Grandpa Dale Huffman. She is survived by her Mother and Father, Kamryn and Kidryn Hicks of Las Animas, CO; her paternal Grandparents, Steve and Laura Hicks of Cheraw, CO, Maternal Grandparents Waylon and Sheryl Hoeffner of Campo, CO, Great-Grandma Joyce Hicks of Rocky Ford, CO, Great-Grandma Freda Hoeffner of Springfield, CO, Great-Grandma Irene Huffman of Springfield CO, Aunt Brittany, Uncle Garyk, and cousins Lili & Casen Ontai, Uncle Shaun Hicks, and Aunt Keshian and Uncle Eric Holcomb. The family would like to thank the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center staff as well as the staff at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs for all their dedication and efforts.
