Charlotte Marie Martin was born in Vilas, Colorado on November 6, 1937, to Orville Nolan Capansky and Elma Fern (Hickey) Capansky. Charlotte passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Southeast Colorado Hospital in Springfield, Colorado; she was 84 years old.
