Billy Gale Stagner was born to George Andrew Stagner and Grace (Mori) Stagner on January 1, 1950, in Springfield, Colorado. Billy passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 18, 2022; he was 72 years old. Graveside service will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the Springfield Cemetery. To honor Billy’s military service, Military Honors will be conducted by the Baca County VFW Post #4001.
