In Loving Memory of Bernadette Diane Scott
Bernadette was born on August 4, 1967 and lived in Colorado the majority of her life. Even though she is a Colorado native she was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan.
She loved her family and would be a true mama bear if necessary, for any of her family.
She retired from the Colorado Department of Corrections after 25 years of service. She made many wonderful friends while working in Corrections and many became as close as family.
She loved to crochet and cherished the time with her great grandmother watching her crochet and learning from her.
She loved and cherished her grandmother, Alice Cruz and is with her now in heaven.
She loved her husband dearly and was a beloved companion for him. Together they achieved many things the greatest of which is their two daughters.
She was Lala (Grandmother) to her four grandchildren and like any good grandmother made sure to spoil them.
She is preceded in death by her Grandmother Alice Cruz, Aunt Peggy Cruz, cousin Lindsey Balsewicz, and cousin Nicholas Cruz.
Her husband Tol Scott, daughters Cyrena Markham and Lindsey Welch and Grandchildren Chloe, Colton, Gideon, Sam and the rest of the Cruz family will live to carry her memory and love into their future years ensuring she will not be forgotten.
Rest in peace my love.
