William was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Kay and Roy Moore on August 13, 1969.
After lots of moving the family finally landed in Forsyth, Missouri where he attended most of his school. Later on he moved to Springfield to live with his brother Jim and graduated from Springfield High School.
After graduating he worked at Trader's grocery store. He met and married Carroll Dukes and they moved to Limon, Colorado where he continued to work for a grocery store. From this marriage his beautiful daughter Tressa Lynn Moore was born.
The marriage didn't survive and William moved back to Springfield and was later interviewed for a job with Frito Lay. He was hired and moved to Lamar, Colorado and was later transferred to Delta, Colorado. There he lived with his brother Donnie and family.
William had a love of music, most any kind of music, and Nascar racing. He got quite a few family and friends to tune in to the races until they were hooked, as you can see. (Lots of family wore nascar shirts in his memory at the service.)
He was an outgoing and loving soul who left before his journey was over.
All those that left before him were all of his Grandparents, his father, Roy Moore; Stepdad, Ernest Thatcher; and nephew, Tyler Spell.
Those left to mourn his passing his daughter, Tressa Lynn of Springfield, Colorado; Mother, Kay Thatcher of Delta, Colorado; Brothers, Jim Moore of Springfield, and Donnie (Bernadette) Thatcher of Delta, Colorado; Sisters, Peggy (Randy) Spell of Springfield; and Wanda (Ernie) Holland of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Nieces and Nephews, Sistine and Saige Thatcher, Rachel Moore, and Jessica and Virginia Holland, Brice Spell, Ricky and Chris Holland.
And a host of friends.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
