Lora Faye Barton

Lora Faye Barton, age 77, died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Southeast Colorado Hospital in Springfield, Colorado. She was born February 28, 1931 at Boone, Colorado. Her parents were Elsie and Willie Lance. She attended school in Springfield, Colorado. Lora Faye married Obie Barton July 13, 1946 in Clayton, New Mexico. She worked for many years for Ray’s pharmacy in Springfield. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elsie and Willie Lance; her husband, Obie Barton; brother, Oliver Lance; and sister, Betty Jo Brown. She is survived by one daughter, Carla Sadler and husband Sam of Tulia, Texas; two sons, Larry Barton of Guymon, Oklahoma and Steve Barton of Omaha, Nebraska; one grandson, Bart Sadler of Tulia, Texas; special friends, Melissa, Dane and Jaden Noe, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
