Funeral service for Dusty Turner will be held Wednesday April 15, 10:00 am at the First Baptist Church, 801 Church Street in Springfield, CO. Interment will follow in the Springfield Cemetery. Dusty Turner age 50 passed away April 10, at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO after a long illness. Dusty is survived by his wife, Sherrilyn Turner of Springfield, CO; 1 son Bryan Turner of Phoenix, Arizona, 2 daughters, Larrisa Turner of Pueblo, CO and Lara Turner of Springfield, CO; his parents Donald and Mary Lee of Wiley, CO, 1 brother Curtis and family of Colorado Springs, CO and 1 sister Stacy and Family of Alamosa, CO. Other extended family include Grandmother Verda Turner of Walsh CO, Ron and Pat Turner of Two Buttes, CO, David & Debra McCoy of Lancaster, OH; and Lynn and Pattie Bitner of Walsh, CO. Dusty was preceded in death by his Grandfather Harry Turner & Grandparents Kenneth and Mary Kitzmiller. A memorial fund has been set up at the Frontier Bank in Springfield, CO the proceeds will be used for a scholarship in Welding & Mechanics.
