Millie Estelene Nidey

Baca County resident Millie Estelene Nidey passed away January 4, 2015 in Springfield Colorado at the age of 96. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 7th 2:00 PM at Maltbie Funeral Services – 265 West 8th Ave in Springfield, CO. Burial will follow in the Campo Cemetery. Millie is survived by Husband James Nidey of Springfield, Son Rick (Gail) Nidey of McLoud OK, Jeanne (Dave) Deitz of Okarche OK, Michala (Larry) Wait of Campo CO, 6 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, Sister Thelma Richardson of Springfield, Sister in law Marge Dunlap of Pritchett, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Millie was preceded in death by her parents Ira and Cora Dunlap, 3 Brothers, 5 Sisters, their spouses, and several other family members. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be given to the Southeast Colorado Long Term Care Center either directly (373 East 10th Ave.) or by way of the funeral home.
