Laveta May Cervantez

Laveta was born August 18, 1927 to Ora Mason and Mattie May Golden. Laveta went to be with the Lord on May 19 at the age of 86. She is survived by her husband Frank Cervantez of the home, Daughter Rose (Miles) Wattles of Roseburg Oregon, Son Virgil (Brenda) Dowell of Washougal Washington, Daughter Beverly (Dennis) Houser of Meade Kansas, Frank Jr. (Linda) Cervantez of Broomfield Colorado, Jane (Millard) Reschke of Pearland Texas, Sister Mary Ruth Millican of Springfield Colorado, and Brother Curtis Mason of Guymon Oklahoma. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Laveta was preceded in death by her Parents Ora and Mattie Mason, Husband Archie Deloy Dowell, children Lilly Marie Dowell, and Roger Deloy Dowell, siblings Delora Mason Hiner, Ora Mason, and Kenneth Mason, as well as great grandchildren Nathan and Ethan Horsman. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be given to the Springfield Church of God or the Springfield Long Term Care Center.
