Clara Isabelle Hovet

Clara Isabelle McEndree hovet, 85, of Springfield, CO passed away on January 27th, 2012 at the Southeast Colorado Hospital LTC in Springfield, CO. Isabelle was born May 30, 1926 in rural Lamar to Lowell and Elizabeth Venn Wallace. Isabelle married Doyle Franklin McEndree on October 12, 1944. They had 4 children and she is survived by sons Kenneth(Carol) McEndree and Leroy(Connie)McEndree all of Springfield, CO. Her other son Terry McEndree(Shirley) and her only daughter Linda Isenberg(Wesley) both preceded her in death. Isabelle married Herbert K. Hovet June 10, 1975. They lived in the Denver area for a few years then moved to the Penrose-Canon City area. It was there that Herb passed away on October 16, 2002. Isabelle is also survived by one brother: Frank(Ardie)Wallace of Las Animas, CO. She was preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law Delbert and Doris Wallace who lived in Las Animas CO. Isabelle is survived by 7 grandchildren: Michelle(Andy)Bellomy, Jennifer(Nathan)Dees, Sarah(Mark)DeLaRosa, James McEndree, Channon McEndree, Patsy Laubach, Kimberly Isenberg; 12 great grandchildren: Mathew miller, RaeAnn(Paul)Quintana, Grace Miller, Cara Miller, Kelsey McEndree, Cody McEndree, Kegan McEndree, Jessica Laubach, Amree Dees, Dalia Dees, Jaycee DeLaRosa, Colton DeLaRosa; 2 great-great grandchildren: Eneria Quintana, Paul Quintana Jr.and also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In her "younger" days Isabelle loved to square dance and even went to Hawaii once with her square dance partners. She was also an avid gardener and loved indoor plants. Isabell will be missed by her many family members and friends. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
